I am so excited about this class. I cant wait to see you there. This is going to be FUN!! Weights based class. Focussed on individual muscle group/s. We finish with core strengthening moves. What will you need? You know your body and its strength better then me. As a rough guide, have an option of lighter weights available if you need to switch. You will need dumbbells: Girls: - Set of 1kg - Set of 2kg + Boys: - Set of 3kg - Set of 5kg+ Barbells are a plus, but not essential.
